Terms and conditions of sale
All the information written in this page, as well as the one you will find in the pages about the description of transport service and methods of payment, will be binding for us.
You can consider them as the conditions that will rule our dealing.

B2C (Business to Consumer): Sales to end consumers (non-entrepreneurs)
Delivery to EUROPE:
VAT: We charge VAT ( Value Added Tax) according to the rate applicable in your country.
Note: Thanks to the OSS regime, we remit VAT directly to your country.
Your responsibilities: The price already includes all tax obligations; no further payments are needed.
In order to issue the commercial invoice, you must write your own tax payment code in the order form.

Return shipments: In case of a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount you paid.
Delivery to the United Kingdom:
Customs clearance: Shipments are subject to customs clearance by the carrier.
Your responsibilities: You are responsible for paying all import-related fees upon delivery.
Customs fees payment process: A payment link will be sent to you via email by the carrier; you can pay by card or PayPal.
Delivery outside the EU
VAT: No VAT is charged at the point of sale.
Possible charges: The shipment may be subject to VAT, duties, taxes, or other fees in the destination country.
Unpredictable costs: We cannot predict these additional costs, and they are borne by the purchaser.
Variability of charges: Charges vary by country; for accurate information, please contact your local customs office or visit their website.
Customs clearance: Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance in the destination country.
Shipment declaration: We cannot declare the shipment as a gift or undervalue it.
Your responsibilities:
Payment of charges: You are responsible for paying all import VAT, duties, and other fees according to your country’s laws.
Undeliverable shipments: If the shipment cannot be delivered due to failure to comply with legal obligations in your country or refusal to accept it, it may be disposed of by customs without compensation.
PODIUM – Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and transactions between PODIUM and the customer. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the conditions outlined below.
All information provided on this website, including product descriptions, shipping methods, and payment terms, is binding and forms an integral part of the contractual agreement.
Customers are encouraged to read these Terms carefully before purchasing.
2. Products
All PODIUM saddles and related products are handcrafted using high-quality materials.
Due to the artisanal nature of production, minor variations between products are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
3. Orders
Orders are considered confirmed only upon written acceptance by PODIUM and/or payment confirmation.
PODIUM reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incomplete information, payment issues, or unavailability of materials.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are expressed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout.
PODIUM reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, prices applied to confirmed orders will remain unchanged.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product configuration and destination.
PODIUM shall not be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly indicated during the purchasing process.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Given the artisanal and customised nature of PODIUM products, returns may be subject to restrictions.
Any return must be authorised in advance by PODIUM in writing.
Products must be returned in unused condition and without accessories, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Lifetime Warranty – Inside Saddle Tree
The inside saddle tree is covered by a lifetime warranty.
Polyethylene (PE) is a material whose ageing process is gradual and influenced by environmental and chemical factors. Over time, this may result in reduced mechanical properties and potential material degradation.
For this reason, PODIUM guarantees the inside tree for life.
Any breakage of the tree does not pose any risk to horse or rider, but replacement is required.
Warranty procedure:
1. Fully interchangeable saddle models
The saddle must be fully disassembled and photographic evidence of the damaged tree must be sent to:

Only shipping costs for the replacement tree will be charged. The defective component must be disposed of in compliance with local regulations for recyclable materials.
2. Complete saddle return (optional)
If disassembly is not possible or desired, the complete saddle (without accessories) may be returned to PODIUM.
A labour fee of €50 plus shipping costs will apply.
An optional maintenance inspection service may also be requested. Any additional interventions will be quoted separately and subject to customer approval.
3. Non-fully disassemblable models
For models that require specialist disassembly, the complete saddle must be returned (excluding accessories).
PODIUM will replace the inside tree and reassemble the saddle.
A labour fee of €50 plus shipping costs will apply.
8. Liability
PODIUM shall not be held liable for improper use of the product, modifications made by third parties, or use outside of intended equestrian disciplines.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, logos, and product concepts are the exclusive property of PODIUM.
The registered PODIUM trademark guarantees authenticity and originality of all products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
